Balboa is a really friendly dog with a mysterious origin. About 2 years ago in YangJoo City, four puppies suddenly appeared in a neighborhood near a mountainside. No one knew where they had come from, but the residents seemed to enjoy their presence. They would play with the kids and mingle about at their own leisure. Sadly, one of Balboa’s siblings was killed in a car accident and the three remaining siblings stuck together to find food and avoid danger. Eventually, the CARE office was notified and our workers traveled to the neighborhood. The three remaining siblings were taken to the CARE shelter, where two of them were given new loving homes.
