Dog Dragged to Death

On April 20, 2012, a dog was tied to the back of a Hyundai Equus and dragged along the Gyeongbuk Expressway in Seoul, Korea. Video footage and pictures were taken of this heinous act and given to the Seocho police department. When the man responsible was contacted he said “he didn’t want to dirty the interior of his car, so he put the dog in the trunk!” The poor dog fell out and suffered a horrible death! The man has already admitted to being drunk at the time! What’s worse, KOREAN POLICE HAVE VOWED TO DO NOTHING AT ALL.
