Lala was rescued at Siheung Guerimdong on December 2008.

We found her through a report from a CARE member who found “an abandoned dog in pain about to give birth.”

At the time, Lala’s conditions were bad. She wouldn’t eat anything and looked very ill. Many were skeptical about her chances for survival.

As soon as she was rescued by CARE, she was transferred to a hospital where she immediately underwent surgery.

Sadly, we learned that the unborn puppies had already died inside her womb. Lala seemed very depressed after the surgery. It took her some time to start eating again. But slowly, she was able to regain her strength and make a full recovery.

Lala has a rather quiet personality and likes to hang around with other dogs.  She is very friendly and very lovable.
