Lulu was rescued by CARE from a hellish animal hoarder’s house in Ilsan. He had to undergo treatment at a hospital because of a skin disease he contracted in the terrible environment. He has since fully recovered and is now in excellent health.

 

Lulu is a very lively dog, who has convinced us that his entire life was filled with wonderful, happy moments. He’s looking for lively family to love and cherish :-)
